Job Title: Sales Manager
Reporting to: MD – Wingas UK Ltd
Location: Richmond, South West London
WINGAS UK Limited provides gas and related supply services for an extensive range of customers who convert and use gas for their commercial and industrial business purposes. Established in the UK market since spring 2004 and is a subsidiary of the German gas transportation and supply company, WINGAS GmbH & Co. KG, for the marketing and sales of natural gas in the UK.
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager, the preferred candidate will already be working within the energy industry as a seasoned professional. However, candidates with significant experience in the negotiation and delivery of supply contracts to Industrial and Commercial organisations are encouraged to apply for this position.
Key responsibilities:
Sales:
- Support planning of customer retention and sales strategy
- Plan sales and retention sales
- Identify, target and close sales agreements with I&C end-user customers and manage sales inquiries (tenders)
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets
- Execute the responsibilities of a Sales Manager according to the lawful and ethical standards, of Wingas-UK
- Timely reporting of sales development
- Communicate, liaise, and coordinate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationship
Account management:
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts for retention sales and growth
- Overall monitoring and ensuring quality and service in the customer delivery chain
Marketing support:
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands through sales activities and contributions to PR activities
- Support product development
Preferred knowledge skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience within energy or commodity markets
- Graduate calibre
- Minimum of 2 years of contracts management or similar
- Working knowledge of the energy sector would be advantageous
- Experience in commercial working environment required
- Proven experience with billing and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong organisational skills - ability to manage priorities, to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
