Job Title: Sales Support Manager        
Reporting to: MD – Wingas UK Ltd
Location: Richmond, South West London    

WINGAS UK Limited is a UK company providing gas and related supply services for customers who convert and use gas for their commercial and industrial business purposes.
 
WINGAS UK Limited (formerly HydroWingas Limited) has been established in the UK market since Spring 2004 and is a subsidiary of the German gas transportation and supply company, WINGAS GmbH & Co. KG, for the marketing and sales of natural gas in the UK.

Ideally to start ASAP and is to work amongst a total team of 10. Working hours are 35 per week and benefits include 25 days holiday, BUPA, BASF pension and subsidised gym membership.


Purpose:

  • Provide support and facilitate the end-user sales process,
  • Support Sales Managers on end-user sales process,
  • Be responsible for tender evaluation, preparing term sheets and tender documentation
  • Gathering and confirming customer data for input into pricing models
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of the sales activities in order to plan work loads to assist meeting company targets for retention growth and profitability

Key responsibilities:
  • Administer sales contracts and manage contract implementation
  • Plan and prioritise personal working time to ensure tender deadlines are met
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to gather relevant customer data for each tender
  • Provide internal sales support to existing customers
  • Handle customer queries towards the WINGAS support organisation
  • Maintain existing customer files and contracts
  • Liaise with other functions in the company for pricing, credit checking, deal approval and contract administration

Knowledge skills and Experience:
  • Graduate calibre
  • Minimum of 2 years of contracts administration or similar
  • Working knowledge of the energy sector would be advantageous
  • Experience in commercial working environment required
  • Proven experience with billing and CRM systems
  • Pleasant telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient

  • Strong organisational skills - ability to manage priorities, to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to influence and negotiate on behalf and between the company, the WINGAS support organisation and customers
  • Team working
