| WINGAS UK Limited (formerly HydroWingas Limited) has been established in the UK market since Spring 2004 and is a subsidiary of the German gas transportation and supply company, WINGAS GmbH & Co. KG, for the marketing and sales of natural gas in the UK.
Since domestic production of natural gas is decreasing, UK production is projected to fall by 40 % by 2010. The UK will become increasingly dependent upon imports over the coming years. By entering the market as a competitive and service-oriented supplier, WINGAS UK and its shareholder will be making a considerable contribution to the long-term, reliable supply of the country with natural gas, the energy of the future.
